What is Embassy Attestation?

In order for a document issued in one country to be accepted in another country, it needs a legalization for overseas use. In general, the credibility of national documents is verified by obtaining "Embassy Authentication" after "Ministry of Foreign Affairs Certification (Consular Legalization)". Embassy authentication after Ministry of Foreign Affairs Certification should be processed in order for a document in non-member country of Apostille to be accepted.

If the country in which you are using the document belongs to an Embassy Attestation category, you get certification from the ministry of foreign affairs through the embassy in the country where you are applying for the document before Embassy authentication.
